My name is Julie, and I provide private, professional pet escort services for domestic and select international travel. With extensive experience as a flight nanny, I ensure your pet travels calmly, safely, and with constant supervision from pickup to final delivery.

Your pet is never treated as cargo. They travel in-cabin, by my side, with attentive care throughout the entire journey.

You’ll receive regular updates through:

How the Pet Escort Process Works

Pickup

​

I personally pick up your pet from the breeder, shipper, rescue, or designated location. Pickup is arranged at the closest major airport whenever possible. Your pet is placed in a soft-sided, airline-approved carrier.

Airport & TSA Screening

​

At TSA screening, your pet is gently removed from the carrier. I carry your pet through the metal detector while the empty carrier and its contents are screened separately. After screening, your pet is safely returned to the carrier.

In-Flight Care

​

Your pet stays with me in the cabin at all times. I remain by your pet’s side throughout the flight to ensure comfort, calm, and reassurance. Your pet is never left unattended.

Arrival & Delivery

​

Upon arrival, I personally hand-deliver your pet to you at the destination airport baggage claim area. If arranged in advance, I can rent a car and deliver your pet directly to your home or final destination.

I do not leave until your pet is safely reunited with you.

Availability & Service Area

Pet escort services are available for domestic and select international destinations, depending on airline regulations and entry requirements. All routes are confirmed individually prior to booking.

Destinations Not Currently Served

At this time, pet escort services are not available to or within:

  • Africa

  • Australia

  • Hong Kong

  • New Zealand

  • Middle East

Transport involving Russia requires coordination with a separate courier for entry into Europe.

For Flight Nanny & Pet Escort Services

At Julie’s Precious, every pet travels safely and comfortably with careful attention to airline requirements and individual needs. Below are the carrier requirements and available options for in-cabin pet escort transport.

Weight Guidelines

  • Ideal weight: under 20 lb

  • Pets over 20 lb may still be approved; additional fees apply

  • For pets over 20 lb, Julie’s Precious will provide the carrier (mandatory; fee applies)

All approvals are confirmed individually prior to booking.

Carrier Type & Size Requirements

  • Soft-sided carriers only

  • Maximum dimensions: 18” L × 12” H × 12” W

  • Plastic kennels and metal crates are not permitted for in-cabin flights

All carriers must comply with airline in-cabin regulations.

Carrier Options

Bring Your Own Carrier

Clients may provide their own carrier with prior approval.

Requirements:

  • Soft-sided carrier only

  • Must meet the size requirements listed above

  • A photo and exact measurements must be submitted via text or email for approval before travel

Julie’s Precious Carrier Service

For clients who prefer not to source a carrier, Julie’s Precious can provide one.

Each carrier is:

  • Professionally cleaned and sanitized

  • Lined with a fresh pee pad

  • Equipped with wipes, a soft blanket, and a comfort toy

The carrier remains the property of Julie’s Precious after transport.

Carrier Service Rates (U.S. Domestic):

  • Single pet under 20 lb: $55 per transport

  • Two pets in one carrier: $100 per transport

  • Pet over 20 lb: $85 per transport (mandatory)

Carrier Service Rates (International):

  • $275 per pet

Purchase a New Carrier

Clients may purchase a brand-new carrier directly through Julie’s Precious. Each carrier is sanitized prior to use and becomes the client’s property.

Each purchase includes:

  • Pee pad

  • Wipes

  • Soft blanket

  • Comfort toy

Carrier Purchase Pricing:

  • Small: $65

  • Medium: $75

  • Large: $90

  • X-Large: $175

Julie’s Precious Flight Nanny & Pet Escort Services are available every weekend and during major holidays, subject to scheduling and airline regulations.
