🐾 Booking Your Pet’s Flight Nanny
Once you’ve confirmed that J.P’s First Class Pet Escort will handle your pet’s travel, please contact us by phone or email to schedule the transport.
Your pet must fit comfortably in a soft-sided carrier (maximum 18″ × 12″ × 12″) and weigh no more than 22 lbs.
(Up to 35 lbs may be accepted for certain breeds with pre-approval.)
If your pet exceeds the approved weight and was not pre-cleared, the nanny may deny transport or additional fees may apply.
⚠️ No refunds are issued if a transport is denied due to undisclosed weight.
Before scheduling, both shipper and receiver must read and sign our official transport agreement.
💳 Booking Fee & Payment Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling.
Accepted payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle (only).
If you’re unable to pre-pay through one of these methods, you may choose to pay a surcharge instead. In that case, the transport fee + booking fee + surcharge must be paid in person to your Pet Nanny.
Once the signed agreements and booking fee are received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your scheduled transport details.
Transports are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Within 24–48 hours prior to departure, the nanny will email the itinerary, including pickup/drop-off times, meeting location, and contact info.
All parties must have cell phones with texting available on the day of travel.
🛫 Day of Transport – Shipper

The Pet Nanny will text flight updates (delays, cancellations, etc.).

Upon landing, the nanny will text again and then call while walking to the meeting point.

All parties must park and meet inside the airport — no curbside exchanges.
Common meeting areas: Baggage Claim or TSA Checkpoint. -
Shipper may hand over all required paperwork at that time.

Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes incur a $150 late fee, payable before transport continues.
🛬 Day of Transport – Receiver

The nanny will text the receiver from the gate confirming the pet is on board and provide flight updates.

After landing, the nanny will text again and call while walking to the meeting area.

All receivers must park and meet inside (no curbside).

Pet is released after signatures and verification photos are completed.

Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) = $150 fee payable before the pet is released.
📸 After Transport

Paperwork is forwarded to the shipper.

The nanny will text confirmation once transport is complete and send photo verification.

Pictures from transports may be featured on J.P’s First Class Pet Escort social media & website (with permission).
🗒️ Client Notice
Due to FAA regulations, only ticketed passengers are permitted beyond security gates.
For safety and clarity, we do not provide flight numbers.
Instead, you’ll receive clear instructions for where and when to meet your Pet Nanny.
All payments are non-refundable once a transport is booked.
At our discretion, a credit (not cash) may be issued for future use on the same route or a lesser-priced service.
The pet owner/receiver is responsible for all import fees, inspections, taxes or duties required by their destination country.
