🐾 Special Behavioral & High-Management Dogs

Some dogs require a higher level of structure, supervision, and environmental management than standard daycare or boarding provides.

Dogs with:

  • reactivity

  • bite history

  • resource guarding

  • separation-related distress

  • excessive barking

  • low tolerance thresholds

  • or difficulty safely sharing space with other dogs

may require a private behavioral management setup.

These cases are accepted selectively and only after consultation.

Because high-management dogs require additional supervision, individualized handling, separation protocols, environmental control, and increased responsibility, they are not billed at standard daycare or boarding rates.

Pricing is determined based on:

  • the dog’s behavioral needs

  • overall management level

  • safety considerations

  • and whether the care setup limits the ability to accept additional dogs during the stay

This policy ensures the safest, calmest, and highest quality environment possible for every dog in my care.

          🐾 Behavioral Consultations

Behavioral consultations are available for:

  • leash reactivity

  • overstimulation

  • confidence building

  • separation-related behaviors

  • household structure

  • impulse control

  • socialization concerns

  • multi-dog household dynamics

Every dog is evaluated individually to determine the safest and most appropriate care structure.

My goal is never simply “management” — it is creating a calmer, safer, and more balanced experience for both the dog and owner.

                          🐾 Important

Not every dog is suited for a traditional daycare environment.

Some dogs benefit far more from:

  • individualized structure

  • calm one-on-one handling

  • decompression

  • routine

  • and controlled exposure rather than unrestricted social settings

Recommendations are always made in the best interest of the dog’s emotional and physical well-being.
