Payment & Cancellation Policy

Julie’s Precious Pawtel operates on a very small scale. Each reservation is held exclusively and cannot be replaced on short notice. This policy reflects the level of care, planning, and commitment involved.

Payment Terms

​

All services must be paid in advance.
Reservations are confirmed only once payment has been received.

​

Boarding

​

• A full refund is provided if a boarding reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours before the stay begins.

• If a boarding reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, no refund is issued.

• In place of a refund, a credit may be offered for the unused portion of the stay, valid for future boarding, provided the cancellation is communicated before the stay begins.

• Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to availability.

This policy applies regardless of the length of the booking. Due to intentionally limited capacity, late cancellations result in lost income that cannot be recovered.

Daycare & Sitting

​

• Daycare and sitting services are non-refundable.

• Appointments may be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are charged in full.

Photos & Videos

​

Photos and videos of dogs in care may be taken and shared on Julie’s Precious Pawtel’s website and social media platforms.

Content is always respectful and intended to showcase daily life, care, and environment.
By booking services, clients grant permission for the use of such images and videos unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to the start of the stay.

Important Notes

• Reserved time is held exclusively for your dog

• No-shows are charged in full

• Credits must be used within a reasonable timeframe

• Early departures do not qualify for refunds

Boarding & Daycare Pricing Policy

Boarding and daycare are billed as separate services.

Boarding covers a 24-hour care period.
If a boarding stay overlaps with a daycare day (either before or after the 24-hour period), standard boarding pricing applies, regardless of any special or legacy rates.

Special or legacy pricing applies only to standalone boarding days that do not overlap with daycare.

Any care beyond the 24-hour boarding period is billed separately as daycare or hourly care at the applicable rate.
