Boarding

Full refund if the booking is cancelled by 12:00 noon the day before the stay begins (based on the sitter’s time zone).

If the booking is cancelled after 12:00 noon the day before, 0 % is refunded for the first 7 cancelled days.

Example: If a 4-week vacation is cancelled after 12:00 noon the day before it begins, the client is charged for the first 7 days and receives a full refund for the remaining 3 weeks.

Daycare

No refunds for daycare bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled sitting.

Please remember that your pet’s spot is reserved exclusively for you, even if you do not attend — I accept only a limited number of dogs to keep the calm, structured, one-on-one environment consistent.
Holiday & New Year Bookings

During Christmas and New Year holiday weeks (December 20 – January 3), all bookings require a 50 % non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the stay.

No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled holiday stay.

Holiday rates may apply due to increased demand and extended care hours.
