Boarding

• Full refund if the booking is cancelled by 12:00 noon the day before the stay begins (based on the sitter’s time zone).

• If the booking is cancelled after 12:00 noon the day before, 0 % is refunded for the first 7 cancelled days.

  • Example: If a 4-week vacation is cancelled after 12:00 noon the day before it begins, the client is charged for the first 7 days and receives a full refund for the remaining 3 weeks.

Daycare

• No refunds for daycare bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled sitting.

• Please remember that your pet’s spot is reserved exclusively for you, even if you do not attend — I accept only a limited number of dogs to keep the calm, structured, one-on-one environment consistent.

Holiday & New Year Bookings

• During Christmas and New Year holiday weeks (December 20 – January 3), all bookings require a 50 % non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.

• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the stay.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled holiday stay.

• Holiday rates may apply due to increased demand and extended care hours.
