Cancellation Policy

Boarding

  • A full refund is provided if the booking is cancelled by 12:00 noon the day before the stay begins (based on the sitter’s time zone).

  • If the booking is cancelled after 12:00 noon the day before, no refund is issued for the first 7 cancelled days.

Example:
If a 4-week stay is cancelled after 12:00 noon the day before it begins, the client is charged for the first 7 days and receives a full refund for the remaining 3 weeks.

Daycare

  • No refunds are issued for daycare bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit.

Please note: your pet’s spot is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a calm, structured, and personalized environment, I accept only a limited number of dogs and do not overbook.

Holiday & New Year Bookings

For stays during Christmas and New Year (December 20 – January 3):

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the stay

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled holiday stay

  • Holiday rates may apply due to increased demand and extended care hours
