Legacy Pricing Clarification
Legacy or special pricing cannot be combined to create discounted boarding.If a client has:a legacy daycare rate (for example, $89 for 9 hours), anda legacy or standard boarding rate (for example, $100 legacy / $130 standard),these rates apply only to their respective services.It is not permitted to add a small price difference (for example, $11) to convert a daycare day into a 24-hour boarding stay.Legacy boarding rates apply only to standalone 24-hour boarding periods that do not overlap with daycare days.When boarding overlaps with a daycare day, or replaces a day that would normally be daycare, standard boarding pricing and extended-care rules apply.Any care beyond the 24-hour boarding period is billed separately as extended care or daycare, at the applicable rate.
How many dogs do you accept at one time?
I accept one to two dogs at a time. A third dog is accepted only if all dogs are an exceptional match. This ensures a calm, safe, and personal environment at all times.
Is your care cage-free?
Yes. All care is fully cage-free. Dogs are free to relax on couches, beds, and designated resting areas, just as they would at home.
Does my dog need to be social with other dogs?
No. Dogs do not need to be highly social. Many guests are more people-oriented or prefer calm companionship. Compatibility is assessed individually.
Do you work with anxious or rescue dogs?
Yes. I specialize in dogs who are anxious, sensitive, or overwhelmed by traditional daycare environments. Many dogs who struggled elsewhere have settled and thrived here.
Is training included?
Formal training sessions are not sold separately, but structure, calm leadership, and reinforcement of good behavior are naturally incorporated into daily care, walks, and routines.
Can I combine daycare and boarding to extend time?
No. Boarding and daycare are billed as separate services. Boarding covers a 24-hour period. Any care beyond that time is billed as daycare or extended care.
Can legacy or special pricing be combined?
No. Legacy or special pricing applies only to the specific service it was offered for and cannot be combined to create discounted boarding or extended care.
What are your drop-off and pick-up times?
Drop-off and pick-up times are flexible by arrangement. Very early or late times may incur an additional fee.
Do you administer medication?
Yes. Medication is administered carefully and strictly according to your instructions.
Do you offer updates during my dog’s stay?
Yes. Updates are provided, and photo or video updates are available upon request. I remain reachable throughout your dog’s stay.
Are walks included with boarding?
Yes. Boarding includes walks and outdoor time appropriate to your dog’s needs.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Occasionally, depending on availability. Because care is intentionally limited, advance booking is strongly recommended.
How are New Year’s and major holidays priced?
New Year’s and major holidays are subject to premium pricing.
For these periods, the first boarding day is charged at double the standard boarding rate due to increased demand, extended care hours, and limited availability.
All subsequent boarding days during the same stay are charged at the applicable holiday or standard rate, as confirmed at booking.
Holiday pricing is always communicated
in advance and must be prepaid to secure
the reservation.
